BluFish Wins 4 ADDY Awards at 2019 Show

Marshall, MI – BluFish Consulting won 4 ADDY awards at this year’s event held on Friday, February 22nd. Representing work done for three different clients, all of which are within the Marshall and Battle Creek area, their winnings included two gold, one silver, and one Judges Choice award.

“We were proud to represent our community at this year’s ADDY awards.” Ryan Traver, BluFish Owner, said. “The ceremony takes place in Flint, so many people aren’t familiar with Marshall. Being that our wins this year were for our local clients, it provides us with a great opportunity to help put Marshall on the map!” The BluFish team was particularly honored to receive one of three Judges Choice awards. Scott Millen, ADDY judge since 2005, described the Choose Marshall video campaign as, “…the perfect video campaign. It makes me want to go there and it does that through some great editing, superb cinematography, and great sound design. It’s the whole package.”

The American Advertising Awards (AAA) are the advertising industry’s largest and most representative competition, attracting over 40,000 entries every year in local competitions where the coveted ADDY® AWARD is handed out. The mission of the AAA competition is to recognize and reward creative excellence in the art of advertising. Conducted annually by the  American Advertising Federation (AAF), the local ADDY® Awards is the first of a three-tiered, national competition. Concurrently, all across the country, local entrants vie for recognition as the very best in their markets. At the second tier, local winners compete against other winners in one of 15 District competitions. District winners are then forwarded to the third tier, the National American Advertising Awards competition.
